Bad part of that deal is they will have a reflective paint on them according to what I read. To me that kind of sucks some of the wind out of that program. Wonder if they will use a period correct three letters and three numbers for these new plates?

Seen that car for sale in Riverside. Nice to see it get a new home. The 1966 Barracuda was my first car so I have a soft spot in my heart for them.

That sounds like a $500.00 to $1,500.00 car to me but I have to tell you. You would be better off and money ahead to buy a driver that fits the vision you have in mind instead of a project car. Lots of great deals out there and coming up.

That's a good looking car and sounds like you already have a pretty good tune up. Cool thing about this site is we can learn from each other and hopefully save some time, money, and aggravation sorting out our cars.

It was already a 273 V8 just needed a driverside mount modification. The six swap probably needs a new K member and motor mounts but I'm not sure.

Looks like a good start just need a drivers door. I have a 68 270 Dart with the 360HP M.P. 360 I'll have to post some pictures
