I don’t have 904’s so I’ Have to rely on pics!
Finally the transmission showed up from NBV, Norrorts Bil & Vanservice AB. As always top notch restoration of the tranny. Testdriven and adjusted!
Today it was time to bolt the engine and tranny together. I really like how easy it is to bolt it together and bolt and adjust the kick-down. However when I teared this combo apart I found out that the transmission cover was gone. I started to search my inventory today but could not find one.
So if someone out there has a transmission cover plate for a 904 tranny I'm interested.

Great to get th rear seat back into place. Ut before I found out that the cross bar holding the rear seat is stamped with the order number on the fendertag and the radiator support. Never seen that before. Anyone else?

I hope to have it ready within 4 to 6 weeks. Waiting for parts from US. So you and your wife can take a ride in it as Don and his wife will do! It will be awesome.Hello Ulf. Fun to follow along on your build. What is your ETA on this build? Next year, when we visit Sweden, it will be great to see your Mopars. Best to you, and thanks again for the quality parts you provided for my build. sgrip65
NOS y-pipe feels great. Fits like a glove. Next project is almost done and that's get rid of the three layer paint in the engine compartment. Someone has won Wold Championship in drilling!! There are 14 small holes that needs to be welded.

Just a sidebar SEMS manufacturing pioneered the manufacture of bolts with built in washers. Lots of companies nowadays make them as the patent has long run out. Most people still refer to em as "SEMS" bolts no matter who makes em. Love the dartcharger vert. Super rare, a great piece to park next to your 65 dartcharger hardtop. This is a photo of the original valve cover bolt from my '65 Dart Charger. Mine may have been chrome plated at one time, but now appear to be stainless.

I would love to find a new set of chromed SEMS bolts for the valve covers.Just a sidebar SEMS manufacturing pioneered the manufacture of bolts with built in washers. I can't recall aeing unchromed bolts. But I will search tonight. For my other hardtop I was able to find new sets on Ebay but they seems to be gone! What if you were able to find them with that style lettering and swirl looking mark behind the lettering but unchromed, and just get them chromed? Maybe post a pic in the wanted section of Fabo with exactly what your looking for and the thread size needed, then just send them to a chromer. I think may have 1 or 2 of those in the right thread in my "magic bolt box" but in black oxide finish. You will need at least 10 of em though.
