This is the original racecar trailer my FIL built, and surprisingly, there was no storage for ramps. I did get some storage for the ramps completed. I think it turned out great. I had a local guy fab it for me, he did an outstanding job...........
Here is the new voltage regulator that I rewired. I also ensured it had a good ground and added an extra ground wire.

Now THATS a ground! Interesting that picture shows the original green underneath the respray your FIL did when he originally built the car. Neat!
haven't had the car out???....heck, I have not had either car, the HemiDuster or the Flash even out of winter storage. It has been an interesting 6 months to say the least, but I am gonna take a break and head to Carlisle shortly. I will look you up for a little BS time.

Here are some pics from Carlisle this year. Had another great year. It is always nice talking with people about the car and telling them about my FIL.
The chrome thermostat housing was leaking. After trying to fix it with some gasket sealant, it still wasn't good and looked terrible.
I went through my old parts and retrieved the original cast-iron one that was on the car. Hit it with the bead blaster, high heat primer, and high heat paint, new gasket, and no leaks. Plus, I think it looks better.

The more I stare at it, I think maybe I should have gone with orange....................... I like the contrast, though. Here is the original.

Well what a great day…….. we are in NJ for the weekend at my MIL’s. I always thought it would be cool to have the license plates from the Dart. I should have known Harry never threw anything away, just found this in the garage on a shelf above the door. Going back on front of the Dart where it belongs
I can’t wait to get home shine it up and put it on………….
