This is a very nice, clean and straight Duster. Its a non-numbers matching car. It has a mild 360 (cam, intake, carb, headers), 4spd, 8 3/4 (489 case) posi with 3:23 gears. The car has manual steering, power brakes with front disc and rear drum brakes. New Zoom clutch. 15X 3 1/2 and 15X 8 Weld ProStar wheels. Interior has a ralley dash, front bucket seats (needs recovering), and new weather stripping. Exterior painted B-5 blue with silver stripes. Right quarter panel replaced at some point in its life. Will need either new or patch panels for rear of trunk pan, also will need left rear trunk drop (trunk pan to quarter panel). Only other rust I found is in the drivers side floor pan, a little bigger than a half dollar, not rusted all the way through, just the top panel. I have pictures of these areas if needed. Clean and painted undercarriage. Fun car to drive and good eyecatcher.
I know I'm probably missing things, so please either call or send me an e-mail and I can supply more info and/or pics.
Car is located in East Central Florida in Melbourne. $10500.00 OBO Please No Trades.
Thanks

Entered wrong info on my original add. Sorry, my bad. I listed the car having power steering, it doesn't. It has manual steering with power brakes. Got carried away when I was writting it up. Also added Or Best Offer. Thanks

Sweet Ride

any pictures of the rusted area's you mentioned? Thanks, Mark...

Hi Mark, Sorry for the delay on the pics, been tied up at work.

First picture is the left rear trunk drop, as you can see there is some filler in the qtr but still looks solid from the inside of the drop. Next are both sides of rear of the trunk pan that just have sheet metal attached from inside of the trunk. Next is from the inside of the trunk at the spare tire carrier, can't see from underside because of the gas tank. This area has had a piece tack welded over the rusted area of the pan. As I stated these areas need attention and no part of the trunk pan was cut out. The car can be driven for a while since I treated them the best I could with por-15.
All of this work or lack of work was done prior of me owning the car. I would have tried to fix these areas but I have very little experiance in sheet metal work and probable would have made it worse.

damm highwatstar....what happened?still have all your human parts?

This looks like a very decent car overall.

Needs a trunk pan, trunk - quarter extensions, bucket seat covers, a radio for the dash, and a few minor odds / ends...

NICE LOOKING CAR!

Thanks, HemiMark and Vs29H1B. I didn't think it was in too bad of shape either, thats why I picked it up about a year or so ago.

To be honest, I'm not a real Mopar guy but I still like to see the old Mopars restored and on the road as well as all classic muscle cars. So no stone thowing please. I need to sell the Duster to fund my Camaro project, again No stone throwing please :axe:, so some day, all of us can go on a cruise together :love3:.

Please take another look, I know its a bad time to be selling now but we all know these cars will come back and be worth more than before the economy went south. This is a really, really nice driver for local shows and criuses nights.

Thanks
Chad

Sorry, I'm not bidding, but I just had to give another "Damn, what a great looking Mopar!"

Great price for a great looking turn key Mopar muscle car.

I like the Hurst short shifter.

Thanks 74scamp360 and cudaspaz! I appreciate your comments.

If anyone is interested, the Duster can be seen at the Mopar Super Swap XI, located in Melbourne on Saturday Jan. 23. Hope to see some of you there, its a great show and swap meet.

Chad

Thanks Gary!! Your stripe package really set the car off. Nothing but complements. Amazingly easy to install aswell. Thanks again.....Chad

Hi,
So far not even an offer from here?? Price? Condition? Market? or Economy?
I'm not really complaining but I really thought it would sell here if anywhere. I know its tough out there but surely someone out there is looking for a Duster like this. I did have a couple of offers from the Mopar Super Swap XI last Saturday, lots of interest, guess I should have taken one.:-| I probably wont have much luck on e-pay but going to list it tonight anyway.:sad3: I really would like to get started on my other project but would like to atleast get out of this one even.
Thanks for looking and all the positive feedback.
Chad

Your duster is a great looking car. Too bad times are tough right now. I know alot of guys would probably love to buy it and I would be one of them. Again it is a very nice driver. Good luck with your sale.
