This thing is clean ! Th engine compartment and trunk make me wonder though. Notice the color differance. Almost looks like base/clear with out the clear ?

Adam, Look at the picture with the drivers door open, the trunk and engine compartment seem to match the dash. It seems really odd. Do you suppose when they built the car and sprayed the interior color they sprayed the trunk and engine compartment too? then applied the outside color? The outside color seems to overspray the engine compartment at the top of the fender aprons.
I have a '75 Scamp parts car, I am going to check it out.

It does look like it was sprayed with the dash color. I noticed the over spray also.

i have seen this car before on ebay. i think it is a little suspcious(sp) to me. i have never seen one with those paint flaws before. the trunk area is very weird to me......

I don't really see anything wrong with it, except the guy spraying paint that day wasn't fully awake. It looks like primer with a minimal amount of paint on it. Look at the inside of the quarters and floor of the trunk also. About a year ago I looked at a low mile original paint Feather Duster and was amazed at how little paint it had under the hood and trunk, basically primer with a little paint fogged around the edges. Even the k-frame was bare metal on it.
If I hadn't already seen the Duster, the Dart would look wrong to me, but after looking at the Duster, I would say the Dart is legit.
