Thanks, but what does 10 reverse centerlines mean? stock fender weld?

Have you measured the actual diameter of those 295/65s?

The tires are 30 inch tall tire . You can go here to put different size tire in and compare. Tire Size Comparison

My rims are offset so they stick out rather than tuck in under the fender.

The car's still in the air for new fuel lines, but I got the 295/65s mounted up. They are a touch taller than the 315/60s that were on it before, but not enough to cause any clearance issues. Plus, I'm digging the extra side clearance.
