67 Dart Resto w/5.7 hemi

You know I would buy it but Freeebeeee sounds much better and it is original. What can I say. Got to take whatever comes at that price. But good looking out.
By the way tuesday I take it in for the fabricator to finish the tunnel. What a shame because he is moving to Ft.Lauderdale and he is a good fabricator and mashine shop.
But now I will be able to finish the interior after he is done. Yay feel good to finally get to this point in the build.

Can't argue with free stuff. Let us know if the o2 sensors help. Also post some pics of the tunnel when you get er done.

Hey Hemi guys. Check out the inner back page of the new Speedway
catalogue. Complete brand new in Mopar crate, 5.7 hemi, top to bottom,
front to flexplate complete. $2999.99 (3k). Not too shabby.

Hey Lime, I got some pics posted on Tins thread, enjoy!

Have you got that thing purrin' ?

I finally got the interior cleaned up and ready for the fabricator. I figured I show you guys the picture I took. I also tucked inn the wiring and got it out of the way. For your enjoyment also a side picture. I know that 5.7 gets off on pictures. Dont tell anyone.

out of curiousity, whats the distance from the front of the pass head to the core support? id love to run a large frame with the new gen hemi in mine.

Still I wonder, is it purrin like a cat? And yes, I like pics to see how the progress is coming along, now don't tell anyone!

:happy1: Hey Lime, what did you use for a rear trans mount? Have any pic's?

Ok. From the head to the front of the radiator there is 12 inches. To the frame in the front there is 16 inches. So let me know if your turbo goes in or if you don't have a car for it I will let you sponsor mine.lol

you made my day sir. my comp housing is 14 inches in diameter. if it dont fit ill do twin 88mm turbos.

Ok lime, I'm dying here. Have you got the motor running smooth yet?

Tin I can't believe you are asking that ?. In the photos that I have posted the braket is in there. Co'mon let me get some of that stuf your smoking.lol
I seam to remember that, but I'm not refering to the bracket you made, I'm curious about the factory trans mount. When I check here at work, none of the pic's come through. I'll check at home tonight.

Ok, I just went back and checked your pic. Looks like you just used a couple of rubber bushings between the trans and your mount. Wish I would have checked before ordering a factory mount...

I still dont have the motor runnung right. The oxigen sensors come in today. As far as getting to the car that is another story. It is raining so much that it is a puddle out there. I cant even get my 4x4 out there at this point and we are expevting more rain in the days to come. Tin I am sorry you didnt look at the pictures before so you can see what I did but I guess you are on your way.

Lime, is your computer an 03' or 04' and later? If it's an 03', you will only need to run 1 (one) O2 sensor, if you try 2 , it will idle like sh*t. Now here is the tricky part, which side do you put the O2 sensor on, well I forget, so put them both on and unplug 1 at time, only if your using an 03' computer. If the engine smooths out just put the O2 bung back in the header, and tie the O2 wire out of the way and drop the hammer! Let me know how it goes, oh, get a damn boat so you can get to your car.
