not sure if this goes here but didn't really see a build thread section .Bought this project from a college kid who said he does not have the time and could not afford to build it any further . He was attempting to do a 5.7 hemi swap but while he was working on it he only covered the engine or nothing cause the trans dipstick tube was out and not plugged so it got water in it , the engine was missing dipstick and engine block had no exhaust manifolds and nothing plugging the ports . I took the engine out when I got it home and started working on a cage for it , while I was under the car found the axle itself has been flipped or just 3rd member to try and run it as a high pinion diff , trans cross member is just 3/16 flat plate with 2 bends and most stuff he was mocking up with held up with self tapping screws. Well here is the progress I have on the cage so far

maybe the college dude was wanting to build the Australian version.
 
some updates to this , pulled the front suspension and ordered a gerst k member setup then lifted the car up to work on it a little easier .Built a dana 60 with Detroit true trac 3.55 gears , 35 spline axle shafts and disc brakes. got the 4 link all calculated and layed out , just about wrapped up with it and got the weight of the car on the coilovers . still need to get some bumpstops then see what I wheels and tire combo I can get in there

yeah ill be putting in a built 6.4 , the engine that came with the car had no compression on 2 cylinders so i sold it with the trans. i have a tr6060 for it right now and the 6.4 is coming out of my boss's challenger that he is putting a stroked 6.1 in
