Wasn’t going to post this but screw it! Everyone will have their opinion, but time will tell!

Update: Car is ready for the second coat of primer after the first coat and blocking plus engine compartment getting primed too. Then another round of blocking then color! I've decided to freshen up the short block since it's was torn down so far. Block will be de-greased/cleaned, honed, crank polished and new bearing and piston rings installed. Shouldn't be to much longer I anticipate getting Fred back by the end of next month and the motor in about 4 weeks.

Damn I sure do miss Fred but I can't wait to see the newer and better Fred when you are done!
Yeah! I hope you approve. Motors coming together just waiting on the pistons to get back from Line2line.

Engine compartment and jams painted. Panels back on and aligned. Won’t be long and it will be painted.

Won’t be long! It’s coming along nicely. Engine compartment and jams painted. Exterior ready for paint!

Status of motor! Still waiting on the pistons….Line2Line taking longer than expected. But, rod and main clearances checked, crank and cam are in. Once pistons get back can degree the cam and check piston clearance and get it back together.

If Bill didn't give me this paint I'd definitely be doing my 2nd plum crazy car.
That looks great Roger.

Send me a PM and I’ll provide you his info. He just does the machining tho not the assembly.
