This is the pan that's on my '79 Maxi Van/Truck project. I've never see one just like it. Just curious if it was a factory option or aftermarket item, or a one-off custom. It doesn't leak so I like that! The tubes go all the way through to the front.

Yup. pretty sure I got one of those from Jerry Stein (Teacher's Pet)
Thanks for posting. That's the sort of application I thought it was for but had no details.

Yeah. I had one on the TH350 in my SB Vega when I was working for Champion Auto in ‘84 or so. I want to say it was either a Mr. Gasket piece or a B&M, as we sold a lot of that, but I could be wrong.

Thanks for the replies. for whatever it's worth, I got under there and got a good photo of the stamping on the pan that shows the manufacturer. Then, I also found some other photos from a listing of the same pan for sale on Marketplace. Mystery solved. I was just curious since I'd never seen one before. I'll keep it on there as long as it stays leak-free. It also has an auxiliary cooler up front.
Cheers!

Yup. Buddy had one on his challenger T/A that's had every nut and bolt out of it when he restored it
(Yes everyone knows that pan wasn't factory haha)
