Backfire through Carb

RRR's #2 post hit the nail on the head,, you got a ex. valve not opening, pushrod, rocker or cam lobe... betting on pushrod..

Hey Woodys Cudas. I'm in California. A little bit a ways, but thanks for the offer. Finally able to get out and monkey with the car today. Took the valve covers off and saw right away that the exhaust valve rocker arm was not moving on the #7 cylinder.
 
Hi All, Sorry I've taken so long to get back to everyone. Turns out I had a bad lifter. Finally got around to taking off the intake manifold and checking it out. Also turns out there is some crazy carbon build up on the cross over passage for the intake manifold. I'll have to chip all that out. But should have my car up and running again this weekend.
