EVERYONE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED AND IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY ON THIS MATTER I CONTACTED HIM AS SOON AS THE PROBLEM WAS DICOVERED AND HIS RESPONSES ARE LISTED.. I DID MAKE A MISTAKE BY NOT INSPECTING THE INTAKE THOROUGHLY WHEN I GOT IT IF I SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR AN HONEST MISTAKE THAN SO BE IT,,I DIDN'T DECEIVE ANYONE AND I GAVE HIM OPPORTUNITY TO MAN UP THE REPLYS ARE LISTED JUNK IS JUNK AND THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR DECEPTION AND FRAUD RUMBLEFISH360 IHOPE THIS ANSWER IS CLEAR ENOUGH FOR U ITS BECAUSE OF U THAT PEOPLE QUESTION ME,AND MY REPUTATION I HAD I RETURN IN MYJOURNEY OF SELLING PARTS AND THAT WAS THE 273 VALVE COVERS THEY WERE RETURNED IN TRUTH BECAUSE THE GUY WANTED A FREE POWDERCOAT JOB ON ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM AND THE NEW OWNER IS HAPPY AS HELL THATS ALL I HAVE TO SAY I HOPE IT IS CLEAR FOR U.......SUPERDART340


guys to be honest the intake was taken out of the box put on the motor for a pic and put back in the box it was not inspected and i did not see the damage at that time honest mistake. the bag put back on the motor .i sold the motor and gave the buyer the box with the intake... on 3/9 he contacted me and told me about the damage and wanted another intake cause one was included in the deal so i gave him the weiand dual plane i bought for mr 340 swinger 2 weeks ago on here my mistake of not checking the first time was an honest one if u guys feel i did something wrong than i'm up for the punishment.i am not a liar or cheat or shister i'm a guy just trying to sell my extra parts for projects i collected i don't peddel parts for a living like alot do i'm just trying to get my 2 mopars finished that is where i stand junk is still junk and not once since moparcrazy was notified has he offered to resolve and he has had 6 days to do that and has had my paypal address since day 1........superdart340

After reading this, I think superdart should have inspected the items the moment he got them and failed to do so.

His bad.

I also think that looking for the money back is fine, but it should have been done sooner.

While things are not the peachy between the 2 parties of concern in this thread, I still await to here from Moparcrazy. This thread is to be locked and closed down for now.

Superdart, the only thing I have ever posted a ***** about, and I use that loosley, is the price of your part(s) was high. But if so demand that you get your money back that you put into it, that's fine, though, I think you'll have that intake a very long time. How knows, maybe theres a sucker out there for it.
The valve cover thing I didn't start, but commented on. Perhaps a taste of your own med. sucks huh?!

OH, and that is not the whole truth. I have seen some wonderful pictures of the spray bomb pant job you did right over the grease.

IF you can not sell anything, it is because of you! and only you! You want everylast dime you put into a part. In example, the intake. It's not my fault you purchased it for to much money and not my fault your put to much money into it. But to actually expect you will get all the money back on it is a laffable joke.

I didn't excpet the job to be liked. I make moves that some don't like. But that's the job. Much like a boss, some things are cool, some things are not.
