Yes they do. As big as a 6.2 IIRC.That's for sure. I watch bitchin rides and iron resurrection,etc and those guys usually put a LS in the build as it's suppose to be the best bang for the buck. I don't follow the newer stuff, but does Ford have anything else besides the 5.0 for performance? Mopar has the hemi. GM has several different displacements of the LS, correct?
The 5.3 is easy to obtain. The LS heads flow very well. A mild 220-ish cam and headers can net about 400hp. An intake swap can bag another 30+ depending on the intake but that may also drop low end torque.

Looking forward to seeing themI have a couple of cars to check out and they are 318's. I thought that I would go with a 4 barrel, good true dual exhaust, curve kit, 3.55's or 3.73's. And possibly a mild cam and just enjoy the ride.
