Cat Whiskers no more????

I just got a set of replacememt "cat whiskers" for the 65 Barracuda. Both the inner and outer look the same - a rounded bump covered with felt.

I THOUGHT I remembered the outer being whiskers, like that of a broom. Yes? no for 65????

My originals were toast....so No way to tell from them.

Ya, they should be fuzzy. A rounded bump of felt is not correct. Try Restoration Specialties & Supply Inc 814-467-9842 if the folks you got them from don't produce the correct ones.

Fuzzy: like a broom / brush whisker? or Fuzzy, like felt on the round bump?

This is probably not the exact style but it should look very similar to YM52RP.

It looks like the felt bump goes inboard and the whiskers may go outboard, Mine are OEM toast but here is what remains, see there is a difference.
