Just picked up this up. Bought off ebay from an awsome mopar dude. Pinto front end, ladderbars with coil overs, 9 inche with summers bros spool and 35 spline axles, nodular carier with 4.56 gears and back brace, alumuminum interior and set up for big block.

Plans are to redo the whole cage move the rack ahead to drop the front of the big block down a few inches and make it a street strip car.

Im in need of a title and vin. If anyone remembers this car let me know. I quess it was biult in ohio around the early 80s.

Enjoy the pics.

I need a hood and title bad. Maybe doors or the window stuff too. But I wonder about the shipping? Greyhound? How much would you ask for the parts?

Great looking project you have there, what a great street car!
It should be mental with a big block.

I seen that on ebay the other day. I told my brother that it would be an awesome project. Then i get on here and see that some one bought it.

I honestly dont know why nobody hit buy it now before me. Its worth that in parts.

Anybody remember this car at all from ohio or anywhere? I would love to get in touch with the owners. I love the stories or the history .

Well just got back from Midway Iron in St. Cloud with some of my 1 3/4 HREW .120 wall tubing for the start of the new cage. I know its overkill but these things dont have a good reputation for staying on 4 wheels. I think they hold the record for the fastest car to finish the quarter on its roof. LOL! God I cant wait to drive this thing. Dam good guys up there too. Cost was 28 bucks for 20 feet.

Looks like a good project.....lots of work but when your done it will be a cool lil car at the track.....here's the one we redid last year...This Colt was built in Ohio also by Hans Anderson and ran pro stock in 75'......Jesse

Hey Bigs great car! It runs a 318 block right? Im trying to find as many colt pics as I can to help in my biuld. I love the rod shop dodge alot. Im a big fan of the circus paint jobs and also the lace and scale paint jobs. Just picked up a parts car to make it a little more street legal.

I also got my tubing bender biult. And bent up a main hoop. Removed all the body panels and installed a mock up motor and tranny.
