Fabrication Thread: What have you made?

-
Nice guys! Man thats a big A__ daffodil!

Slantscamp, Id like to see both of those run! That radio flyer looks like it may do wheel stands pretty easily! Sweet!

the radio flyer is getting wheelie bars. the way i have it geared. it should pull the wheels as long as you keep your foot in it. but eventually i want to see how fast i can get it to go. as for the slant, im still tuning it and working out a few bugs, but i took it to a local show a couple weeks ago and it drew a bit of a crowd.

Some great things being dun here in this thread

Me, well just a great way to get fresh air to our engines without cutting the hood if there is a clearance problem :toothy8:
This is a 93 Jeep 4.0 breather system that feeds cool fresh air to my little 170/6
No more 200 degree air for me :happy2:
I did use the original threaded holes for the battery tray.

Shade tree way, and it may not be much but I am proud of it :happy1:

While fabricating the cage, and everything else+, Since they make Nothing for the Rampage,
needed a set of headers for the Rampage

cross over the top, equal length,
can still remove valve cover,starter
easy to work around, Since there will be no passenger,
and to be different

I didn't fab this up but Billy did. He made it out of some leftover crap -- oops I mean scrap -- metal laying around in the shop yesterday while I polished up a brand new trim tool (which, incidentally, will be the subject of my next Good Guy Alert :-D).

He's been looking at motorcycle lift table for awhile but they're pretty pricey!

The Billy Version, a free 10-foot long Shipping & Receiving Department table that started out as a larger version of my own workbench, with his front wheel support was maybe a total of 2 hours' time between gathering up the materials, marking his cut lines for the band saw, mocking and welding it all up ... at a grand total of $22.00 (because he ran out of mig wire midstream). I'm proud of his low-budget efforts! It doesn't lift like those high-dollar hydraulic units, but the ceiling cable hoist I use for my powder spray rack sure does ...

The whole point of building the table in the first place is an easy one to figure out. :-D

Ya'll probably remember the Honda dirt bike I powder coated??? Well, the rest of the pictures I took yesterday will be the "before" shots for the next PSC bike build thread. Those of you who watched my [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZRg3LIEuT8&feature=share"]YouTube Shop Introduction Movie[/ame] have already seen the bike in its as-traded form with the funky paint job, and heard it fire up for the first time (at time frame 7:11). It's DEFINITELY healthy and will easily run a 9-second quarter ... there's 8 feet of wheelie bar that goes with this bad boy that I already coated for him a few months ago.

Watch for something about a 1991 Suzuki GS1000E drag bike build with my handle on it coming soon! With 25 jobs here again [not to mention all the personal drama BS going on the last couple of months], between me and all of you this is about the last thing I need right now personally, but he's excited about it. "Stand By Your Man" an' all that ... :-D

i patched some big cracks in my dash pad and recovered with carbon fiber looking cloth .built the dash and 4 speed console with speakers from scratch
