I always liked this car. Mickey Thompson had a hand in it. They needed a lighter car cause max wedge polaras were kicking their butt.[ame="http://youtu.be/OpjEmThal_w"]302 Found[/ame]
I have a Filipino farm worker buddy.I told him"power to weight ratio"wins,back in 88.He went and bought holesaws of everysize,off the Snap on tool truck.Used them on Granadas,4wd Dodges.Finally,after 17 years,he picked up a 440 Duster project.I'm proud,not one hole in it,yet!(lol!)
There was a street racer, think the car was even sponsored by MoPar, it was a 1967 Belvedere with a 426 Hemi called the silver bullet. It had lots of weight reduction, holes drilled everywhere you couldn't see, like under the door sill plates etc. Even the brake pedal was cut down and a clutch pad was used, every little bit count! The car DOMINATED!!! The car is still around today and is restored to it's street racer heritage.
