They are coming to put a new roof on the shop this weekend. So I had to empty the storage area. First time since I put the stuff back up there 15 yrs ago after someone from Conn. backed out of the sale of everything.

I cannot believe the things that were up there . Parts I had no idea I still had that were buried behind other parts in boxes that I filled back then. I'll try and get some pictures tomorrow .

I won't need to find another tach now! LOL I had so much chrome trim up there for Duster Demon its unbelievable. A box of Demon Tail lights I thought someone took. I can't wait until I have time to go through it all.
So many want ads I could have filled. LOL. I even found a couple sets of the upper door and quarter chrome and top trim. At least 20 cars of window chrome all for Duster Demon. Boxes of markers and mirrors. and to think I just bough a mirror.

To think I was buying some of the stuff I already had if only I would have looked up there.

I even found my original front spoiler I had on my Demon in the 80's and the wing pictured below. I counted over 50 duster and Demon interior door emblems.

I'll get some pics. I am not selling anything at this time unless I see a want ad and have it in my hand. I am not digging and spreading it out yet. . I have so many E-body parts here now I don't want to mix things up.

I need to get rid of motors to people that come here to make room to spread parts out .

I've had that happen to me quite a few times.
Every time I look in my shop, sheds, storage room, and the trunks of my cars I always find something I didn't know I had or thought that I sold.
It's like a treasure hunt!
We hoarders have it tough sometimes..........

I had to throw out 2.5 huge dumpsters of my dad’s stuff after he died. He had to do that for his mother, throwing the stuff out an attic window into a dumpster. You can’t take it with you.

AC/DC just made driving mopars complete in the 80's .....the sounds of blown 6×9's distorted to the sounds of Hells Bells just put flavor in your ears....then the smell of lambsbread and kelly supercharger L60's melting just set the moment in time !!!

I had a friend in high school with a cool *** 69 Cougar XR7 factory 351W four barrel car. First time I heard the whole Back in Black tape was sittin in the back seat between two original second generation Jensen Triax speakers with a 70s Pioneer Supertuner and a 300w Alpine amp and preamp EQ. Everybody heard us coming. lol

Its amazing how much stuff you forget you have. I spent hundreds of extra dollars when restoring my dart because I bought parts I had already bought. Good thing I have two more darts, so I can still put the extra parts to use.
My problem is I have parts I know are here somewhere but cant find them to save my life. Somehow I lost a pair of bucket seats from a 340 demon. Yeah, how do you loose a pair of bucket seats? I also have a brand new pair of legendary bucket seat covers here somewhere...disappeared into thin air apparently.

I had a 71 LTD as a party car. Super tuner. I remember it had a round face on one side. I bough Mind blower speakers they had built in Amps. It was like a concert in that car. AC/DC, Boston, Stixs. Pink Floyd. David bowie, Foreigner, Slade, Montrose, All 8 tracks then I went to Cassette tapes. Those were the days when it all started. I can remember my dad listening to 60's in his 66 300 conv. It had a speaker in the middle of the back seat. If you sat there he would yell. Not worried about your ears . You were blocking the sound. LOL

Brand new grease gun and refills lost to the "garage" and in plain sight I'm sure.

I blew so many "guaranteed not to blow" speakers in the 80's cranking up Boston, Foreigner, AC/DC, Judas Priest, Def Leppard, George Thorogood, The Doors, etc, that the company refused to honor the warranty any longer.
