I had been messaging my friend and getting no response.
Emailed him and same result.
So this morning I called and number is no good.
Checked the internet and sure enough, found his Obit.
As I get older and lose more and more friends it is a sick feeling.
Should have called him more, should have done a lot of things.
I have never met Mike Crowley in person.
He has sold me parts, given me good advice and was just a good person.
Mike raced a 72 Colt in the Texas Pro Stock Association.
He ran a Hemi Challenger.
He ran a Challenger Funny Car.
And when he slowed down, he had a Hemi Street Rod.
I hope when I slow down, it's with a Hemi.
Rest In Peace Mr. Crowley.
You are no longer with us, but you will live in my memory.

Awful sorry, Stan. You have our condolences.

It is the toughest part, being a survivor, but man it sounds like he had a damn fine run!!! Keep the rubber side down Mr Crowley!!

Sorry about the loss of your friend. The last couple of years took a lot of good people out.
