laptop scan program info?

can anyone suggest a laptop scan program for use on a genIII hemi swap. im looking for something that i can use to read codes and monitor systems without all the other junk that comes with the universal programs.

I have personally never used it , but looks like auto enginuity has a Chrysler specific software . Looks to be decent on what it can do:

Wouldn't company that re-flashes or supplies the ECM have a package available? What kind of system are you putting together?

That is the system I use. Works great. You can get digital readouts on all parameters as well as graph them.

If using a factory PCM, any DiabloSport tool can scan/erase codes, datalog.
New there around $350-$600,, but even used ones that are locked to another car will scan and datalog and can be found dirt cheap as low as $100.

Here's a Diablo datalog a customer just sent me. Pretty handy for diagnosing issues.
