picked this up at a local salvage yard for 150$ in 96.has a 340/727/3.91 in it now.

it gets to the drag strip every twice and a while.

I love 70 Swingers in F4. My dad had a 70 340 Swinger, F4, F8 interior, bench seat, 3-speed stick, rubber floor, white stripe. That was the car that started it for me. Literally. Apparently, I was CONCIEVED in it !
 
My 72 340. Car is originally Sherwood F7, looks like someone painted F8 at some point. It will be painted Sherwood Green again...

My first Mopar was a green 69 Swinger with green interior,white vinyl top and a 273, bought for $160 and sold for $800 around 93-94. Kicked myself ever since!
Bet most every multiple Mopar owner has had at least one green car or truck.
Now I have a light green 70 D100 that someone repainted dark green.

Does anybody know for sure why so many were green?
