Agreed. Especially if you have owned the vehicle for a considerable time, and care greatly for it... just treat it with unwavering and uncompromising maintenance.

I treated my 318 because I was a new owner and I needed to diagnose and treat a few demons.

My Wifes 07 Ford Focus has 355,000 miles on it changed the oil and filter every 5,000 miles with whatever was on sale still runs like a top. No need for snake oil in a bottle.

I have people come in all the time askin "is this stuff good for my vehicle?"

My response is "Good for what?"

It's called Marketing. But you know this already.
Lucas does have some great products. Sold many cases myself.
I especially like the fuel additives.
