Why wait for a show to have a cruise? The roads are out there to be driven. We can just decide on a route and a date and take a cruise as long as the weather is nice...

Dude that's what I've been saying for a while! Screw an event hit the coast and make some noise. Stop along the way have lunch, take up a whole parking lot and make our own show. I was beginning to think I was the only one that felt that way.
 
Wow the last cruise was some time ago with GTX experience (Ben). Not sure what happened to Ben I dont see him post anymore.
 
I think it would be hot to have us cruising on the new bay bridge across all lanes and having somebody in the pedestrian path taking our pictures!!!!!!

Cruising just like on El Camino Real before the cops became pricks.
 
...I will definitely organize some kind of driving tour. I have collected several Bay Area routes. But at this point it won't happen until next spring... late next spring.

Actually, I shouldn't say "done". When is a car ever done? I should say, painted, and I get the motor back in. It will still need carpet and the back seat covers. But that won't keep it off the road (unless it gets stuck in the upholstery shop).

What would be real cool is cruising to an event like the one in sac ( mopar muscle madness ) and racing the cars then cruising them home afterwards. Maybe I'm just dreaming......

Maybe you're a Porsche guy but have a 23 window bus you never get to exercise. Bring it! Or perhaps your Alfa club buddies don't understand the forbidden love you have for a Rambler wagon? We understand, and welcome you! The route is less than 100 miles and it will even get you home before the game starts. (if that's your thing)
And the best part??? it's 100% FREE.
