Couldn't handle the blue wheels so I got a set of Torq-Thrusts.

I always liked your blue wheels, it made it stand out. However, the Torq-Thrusts look great too.
 
Looks good, what size are the rims and tires?
Nice garage too.

I did at first but it just didn't pop enough for me. I always been a Cragar S/S guy but not with redline tires.
 
And I put Dynomax turbo mufflers on it and its to friggin quiet for my taste...Might have get some glasspacks...lol
 
Looks great. I am a little partial to Torq-Thrusts though.

The Dynomax turbo mufflers are quiet. But you will hear the carb sucking air in loud and clear!! I have those mufflers and I plan to switch to Dynomax Ultra Flows. They are regular looking mufflers but they are straight through. Little louder at idle and cruise and a lot louder when the pedal is down.

I like the wheels but I like the blue wheels better. Either way car looks great. I know you been taking that bad boy for some rides!

What exhaust did you go with?

I went with the acurate exhaust, Stock replacement. To expensive for what I got.

Accurate is low volume so that drives up the cost; these aren't Chevys. I like the way the Accurate driver's side pipe is not pinched down to clear torsion bar like the factory original pipes were. I used to run their pipes on my car then later went with 2 1/2" TTI hooked to stock 340 manifolds then later switch to TTI headers which hooked right to the h-pipe. That is the cool thing about TTI you can switch between headers and manifolds and h-pipe back stays the same. Your tips look good sticking out the back. Looking forward to seeing it painted.
