I have recently seen "No Guns" signs on Post office entrance doors and a few business's. Is this a legal ban or just a suggested request? I just ignore them because I have read the Constitution and have a CCP.
They tend to ban them from goverment run places that have a habit of pissin people off.
Banned in the motor vehicle dept here also.
The thing is, if I had one with me they wouldn't know it anyway.

May I carry a concealed weapon in private businesses that are open to the public?
Yes, unless the private business, which is open to the public forbids carrying weapons on the business premises. Private businesses are within their rights to prohibit weapons on their property.
Private businesses can prohibit weapons on their property, BUT is it an arrestable offense IF caught????
In this state it seems to be related to tresspass, and you know how ridiculous those laws can get......public nuisance, disturbing the peace, etc, very very vague, and applicable "if we can't think of anything else."
