I'm assuming that ccxr spoiler retracts, due to it's odd shape.

Pretty slick.

The bakery truck, Mad Max machine and Countach are great.

I had a conversation with my boss this week about how both of us would keep a '70's Countach, even though it's not the greatest thing ever. There are a few childhood dreams that just never die. I still have a few Transformers that turn into those.

cjwatts, I have a 918 orange '72 240Z in the works. Has a bigger engine, slightly lower RPM, side flow head like the slant and western market issued 4spd.

I drove it a bit and discovered that my brother's 5spd 280zx, 5th was unless it hit 55+ with the 3.73's

This 240 has a really good gear spread. Even pulls in all four and a good final ratio. I think I may leave it, but if I did throw a 5spd in, I'd drop in a set of 4.10s. It would need it.

I've driven that exact car, minus the 4 speed. It was an automatic. When I was younger, a friend's dad had this car. He sold it sometime in the early 90s before the hotrod market took off. He got $12k for it, plus a mini van. If he'd held on for just a couple years more, he could have gotten at least $25-$30k for the condition it was in. It had a 10ft. paint job, but the interior was mint. It's the only automatic car I've ever driven that would chirp the tires when the transmission shifted.

There are a couple of dream cars I would want. One is a 1970 Olds 442 W-30. Another is a black 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado Deluxe. 425ci, 385 horsepower FWD! In fact, I want this one:

This is the car driven by the character George Stark in the Stephen King movie "The Dark Half."

This last one I don't think is the one from the movie, but it just looks sweet!

'57 Chevy 2 door post with a small block and a 4 speed or a '69 Olds 442 with a 4 speed black

I am with you rusty ( closet Ford guy ) It would be a 32 Ford with a mean sounding flat head. ( one of the few Fords dad doesn't have ). my dad has been lucky to find most of his dream Fords. 47 pick up, 48 sedan delivery, 47 coupe & sedan, 57 2dr sedan, 57 retractable, 57 2dr wagon, 58 2dr sedan, 54 merc, 64 marauder and a 60 bird.
unfortunately most are in pieces but, hats what I am for.

I'm not picky! Anyone of these...........

1970 olds 442 w-30 4speed Sebring yellow black strips

I'm with ya there, but I've never been a big fan of yellow cars. Not sure why. Maybe it just makes me think of sickly people... Maybe why I don't like green cars, either. Course, that could be because of a boss I used to have that had a 70 442 W-31 in pisspot green.

I would have to go with blue or red for mine.

A black 1977 Pontiac Trans Am Gold Edition Smokey and the Bandit with snowflake wheels and a 6.6L 400.

That is my other dream car also, or a 72 Pontiac Catalina convertible, or a 1960 Ford F-100 (My first wheels)
