Nor-Cal '73 Swinger

Tempting, but i think i'll wait until my car is running. The "i think i need this" syndrome gets expensive quick.

Of course, i'll be kicking myself if someone is selling an alterkation, hotchkis, or keisler kit. (haha)
you wouldnt of been kickin yourself, the swap was smaller than usual.i wasnt shopping though.all in all, it was a nice time, met belmateo real nice guy.

Thanks Mike, It's good to talk in person and meet everyone. I had a good time but like you said the swap meet was lacking and it seemed there were way too may Chrysler 300's and Magnums for my taste. Jeff has done an amazing job with his car, can't wait to see the finished product. Also got to talk to Evildart (Ken), his car is outstanding.

Thanks, yes Jeff's car has come a long way and is looking great. There was way to many 300's and Magnums and the swap meet was small but I got to meet up with a lot of Bay Area FABO members, Mike, Guy, Jeff, the other Mike, Rick and James. Good times:glasses7:

I had a great time, was good to finally meet some folks & see some old friends. Weather was damned nice & the Nor-Cal guys were pretty well represented. I think moving forward we should coordinate a little more and maybe set up a cruise in.

see jeff, told you putting my car next to yours would make yours look better! lol

Got to see your Dart at the show. Very impressive what you've done with this car, looking back to your original post. Didn't get a chance to meet you, personally. Hopefully at the next meet up.

well you have done a bunch of work on the black beak (my new name for your car)i still remember you twiddling your thumbs when it was in the bodyshop lol.it should be really nice when you get the console and buckets in it.some morepower, bigger wheels, better rearend,etc....hey your not twiddling your thumbs anymore!and if it wasnt for you my ride would still be 17 different colors....thanks jeff....View attachment Img_00735.jpg

These showed Up Last Night. They Were All Taped Up When I Got Them So It Took Forever To Clean Off The Residual Adhesive. A Little Paint Overspray On The Passengers Side Which Was Starting To Come Off With Some More Elbow Grease I Will Get Done. They Look Pretty Damned Good For 40 Year Old Buckets. Im Pretty Sure I Can make The Bench Seat belts Work. Now Just Need The Floor Reinforcing Brackets And Get Some Help Welding Them In.

Man those will look right at home in there.
Only real difference in bench and bucket belts is they have the seat belt for the middle of the bench seat molded in the same trim
Passenger side belt can be wrapped up and tucked away but not the buckle on drivers side

Here's a couple shots of the car, Saetun himself, Mike & Marcell from the Ohlone show last Sunday..
