Off season now .... Drawing board time

-
The "Less Slow is the Goal" was a success. The Duster, Van, and Truck all went quicker this year with little change. Fun for sure. But now.... we'll have a long winter here to muster up a thought... lol
We will now just enjoy taking a Van or Short bed truck to a Hamburger/Fries or food of some sort till they salt the roads.... :D

Have a few things to clean up on the Duster, and when do we start on the Short Bed Truck... :realcrazy:
How about you? How did 2025 go and plans for the winter?? (us in the snow belt that is... )
The summer was a bust for my 71 Satellite Sebring Plus with the bronze drive gear and collapsed lifters. It ended up sitting most of the summer. Pulling motor to inspect, hope everything looks good. Then picked up a 71 Demon roller, no motor or transmission. 318/904 auto car. Wouldn't you know it, I happen to have that left over sitting there waiting to go in. Needs brake work, suspension, etc... Has some rust, drivers floor because of the windshield washer foot pump. Lower quarters. Frame and rest of floors are good. Bahama yellow car with black bench seat interior.

There's been a few folks that have had failure due to the bronze gear.... and I lost oil pressure due to one.

I wonder how much more something like a Torq Storm blower would get out of drag truck?

My street car is getting TTI Headers, new exhaust with cut outsand a set of CNC ported Speedmaster heads that I already have from another engine. My race car is getting a shifter and new slicks.
Other than that I'll do a bunch of little stuff. I'll be working towards getting the race car legal gor the street.
