I just picked up a PI gauge for my 68 Barracuda but the needle is stuck on 10 instead of zero. The mechanisms are free and everything moves. Is there a way to calibrate it
or can I just take the needle off and put it back on at zero, and if so how do I remove the needle?

The vacuum bulb is pretty easy to crack if bent about too much. I'll assume it has been distorted some. I wouldn't screw with the needle. It might pull right off the stem but then again it might be stuck pretty well. These too are fragile pieces.
There is a horse shoe shaped link that can be spread or closed as needled.
So you'll need a vacuum source and a known correct gauge, tubing and a 'T' . Tune to match readings and expect the needle to return to zero.
