mopar misfit
still trying to post pics
What engine is this, Bob?
Just found the x to get rid of the box------------440/505 wedge. Valley pan has been holding up for about 7ish yrs. Just got to be careful how I clean it, learned the hard way ,and definetly don`t want to get carb cleaner of any kind on it , or much of any other chemical !
Really would b kick *** to have a set of valve covers like Andy F.`s , to go with it, aint figured that out yet . Been thinking about milling some mopar perf. covers off, but haven`t figured a good way to seal the new clear top. Would probly be junking them ! lol
I just installed google chrome, wanting to see if that will help me posting pics------??
I have a couple of message boxes now on the bottom of the page about the fuel sender repair , posted earlier , that I opened , and now cant get rid of . Always something !! AT-T sucks since they merged with direct TV !! My dumbass dont help either, dont have a young person around anymore to show me how ! LOL
Well done Bob!
You can get about anything 3D printed nowadays. I wonder if the clear material used for 3D printing would work.
3 d printed won't be as clear and clean as sheet material.Sounds interesting, but would probly be out of my price range !

I saw a set of clear valve covers for a sbc on ebay , thnik they were about $350ish . Too hi for me , even " if " they made them for a big block mopar, which I`m sure they don't !Yep, I have had that experience. Takes a lot of polishing to get the clear stuff to look clear. Kind of negates the cost advantage if you have to do a lot of hand work to get it where you want it. Have found that exposure to fluorescent light for a period of time helps.
One of the printer vendors has a picture of a wine glass they printed on their website. Looks perfect. I wonder how long it took to get it that clear....
You're so easily amused!
