Slant 6 to 340 Engine Swap in 69' Dart

-
The 4" stroke crank has become "The end all to be all in" the Mopar Hobby!
Well I gotta admit; there are some advantages to running a stroker on the street;
>it sortof eliminates the need for an overdrive ..........
> because you should be able to run any rear gear you want to, almost any stall, and I suppose
>you could slam on just about any old top end,
and still burn rubber.
lol

What is the stock color of a 340 engine in a 69’ Dart?
I’ve seen some orange and some turquoise.

Red is 68, 69 would be turquoise...but you'll get all kinds of arguments from
guys who say they remember their new 340 being "**"
Just like the guys who swear their '71 that had 1970 exhaust manifolds.
who can argue?
