Stop in for a cup of coffee

Sounds like his engine has problems??
I think I is internal. Dam thing was a mess for sure when he got the spare core. its a 302 block, had 289 crank and rods in it. I am betting the machine shop left the rods in the package he picked up and assembled. He is a kneadable guy owns that farm junkyard and has rebuilt tons of far diesels in the past so he did it right. Bet there is some part in there that does not belong.

Has to be frustrating for sure,

Yup set up Friday. Not working in the shop after Wed just to get my man hands de greased!
Classy!
Probably getting your nails done too...:rolleyes:
:poke:
Morning!
I’m already aching thinking about this week’s work.
Really not sure how i want to deal with the customer that called at 10 pm saturday night for an oil change.
Don't. They can call you back during work hours.
I actually used that 12V scope yesterday on Kens Mustang. Dam thing is sweet I am keeping it great because it is portable.
Figured you might.

That is what i told him.
Late calls usually mean emergency repairs. Not an oil change. Guy gets a flat, needs help-im on it.
Seniors with spouses in poor health are a common thing now,and a broken car is a huge problem.

Good morning c\_/. Put a few fresh fishes in the freezer yesterday. Bream will be bedding in coming days. We'll go again a.s.a.p. Wife is in line at the unemployment office this morn'.
I read "He is a kneadable guy" above and thought of Pillsbury Doughboy hehehe
Have a great Monday.

Short version of the weekend.
Got everything done on the car around 5 PM Sat. Worst part was tapping the steering coupler on. Another 45 minutes to get the car loaded with everything. Filled up on the way to the garage by house. Dinner with my friends - home cooked - even better than going out.
Sunday we got 8 runs on the old Johnstown airstrip. A little short of participants so we ran two heat format. 5 morning runs, 3 afternoon runs. I still hate changing tires at the event. Makes for a long day when there's two heats.
Had a good time helping a couple newbies first heat.
Outran all the CAM-T cars - or more likely the drivers. LOL. Just goes to show 15" wheels aren't so bad. ;)

Hope so the wife is pissed at her for her not being more involved as Betty is(MIL). Hey they asked her a few times and she for one reason or another declined. Daughter really pissed her off Sat. They were going to have lunch with all the girls side of the wedding. She took off Friday to Atlantic City with her bridesmaid to party! I get it the wife does not. Not worth the drama to me.
Ray...Did you ever turn in my RSVP card ???

Good morning guys. I might have said that before. Been over on Facebook finding photos of the old ambulance from the local drag strip. It is setting at a salvage yard not far from here.
