Those are monsters! We used to make zucchini boats out of those, and froze some too.
Little woman shredded them and made zucchini patties fried up in bacon grease.. Kinda like zucchini hash browns.. They were heavenly. got a few good sized on in the garden now. May have to give it a try..

We also cut them in half core them, fill with sausage, bread crumbs and cheese then bake. Yummy

We haven't been down to the lower part of our property since they've started construction, maybe for 2 months. Tried on Saturday, trail grown over pretty bad so took out the machette, got it done but man am I out of shape!

Fish and Game may be a little concerned there. It looks like you may have the destructive Feral Pugs on the property. Feared by all.

@Mopar Tim
Just remember this guy, or actually his brother, took a '68 RR to a track day.
Other than radial tires, its basically stock with drums all around.
Not the best video, but thought the fact the guy drove it without issues for 20 minutes on a road course might give you some reasurance.

from his brother who posted "...( and it's fully stock, BTW.. unrestored, drum brakes, manual steering, bench seat..

)..."
This year he went back. Only difference was a more performance oriented set of tires and rims, and fresh brake fluid.
