This will sound crazy and you all probably won't understand why it effected me (and even I don't). But we as a group of friends from work always go to a local retirement home to take gifts and do a party. Next week is the veterans home. But Friday night I thought my 88 year old mom is still more functional of most of the patients. (I am scoping out a place for when we have to place her) I noticed this one lady and I thought she looked a little familiar. She looked like a lady I was dating and very serious about when I was 20. We even talked of marriage and as I went to college we discussed it. But then SHE found someone and that was that. Well as the evening ended and as the residents shuffled by and her with her walker looked up at me and said... "Hi Tike". Life has been unkind to her. Geesh and for some reason it bothers me.

Wow. No kidding.

I don't know...I thought maybe...She is 3 years younger than I am but looks 10 years older and I am still pretty active

Morning guys. Quite a surprise last night on the short drive home, glanced down and the Fury's temp gauge was on H! Pulled into the shopping village. Couldn't tell where the leak was, so much steam. Don't think it came to any harm as I was only hot a couple minutes. Looks like I will have it towed in to the repair shop today. My little Toyota has a howling wheel bearing so both cars will be there while I drive a rental down to FL.

You could put some of the silver powdered stop leak in and fill up the radiator to get you where you're going... That stuff works great...

Had the Duster out for a ride to the store. Parked away from everyone. Was only in maybe 10-15 minutes and they all parked around it by the time I got back. Gave her a quick sponge bath to take the dust off in prep for cover soon. First -dry out. Loosened the seat and propped everything up with a fan blowing. I did look at the seal more. I think it shrunk back away from the glass at the top. So may be able to adjust glass up enough to put pressure on again. That aint happening till Spring.

I'm sure,I don't need to tell you about strange foods. Also, they don't get much dairy products, cheese, milk, ice cream, etc. I ate only Viet food for 2 months....First thing I fixed myself, was a really nice bacon cheeseburger........
