Stop in for a cup of coffee

been considering that for my 440. But I don’t want the noise. Too bad they don’t make a timing belt option

Plant manager I worked for bought a brand new Fiat X1/9 years ago. Fun to drive, not enough HP to get his wife in any serious trouble  . "Now when you get to 25,000 miles, come in and get that timing belt changed." Says the sales manager. Manager takes it under consideration. Right about the time the Fiat hits 26K the little light in Bosses head goes on "Change timing belt!".
Made it 2 more days and BANG, 8 bent valves.

Well Ok, since I got no assistance from you guys. I did it my way. Drilled holes, just slightly smaller than the rivet heads, then pushed em through to the back and tooled/pushed around the heads to be sure they are secure...Thanks a lot guys....:rolleyes:

I was skeered. But now that its done, a little piece of sheet metal with a keyhole may keep it secure.

Glass is back in. Some more parts out of my way. And harms way, ya-pretty much the same thing.

It was sitting in a barn with the windows down. Didn't think about winding them up when I bought it

Hey @MOPARMITCH, time for a beer yet? I forgot to mark this one so I don't know what I have. It is tasty though. Probably wheat but it has spices like the "Yule Like This Ale" that I brewed 2 years ago.
