One change I'll do when I go fishing again is a head lamp vice flash light. I can position the nozzle to where I can get at one end, will try to do that and either run a wire into it or ???

Morning all...guess I slept in this morning.
I was in Orscheln Farm store a few weeks ago and they were selling the old style gas can nozzles. I bought three.

I hooked a fuel line while reaching for the nozzle filler but didn't hurt anything, went ahead and mowed the whole lawn. Will try fishing with different fuel levels in the tanks, have better things to do but it's bugging me for now...
Jack the mower up towards the side of the fill, May help

Have you goggled it?? You can't be the first it's happened to.

So i went and fished the hose out of my fuel tote that burned off. Im still amazed it didnt explode. A 3 foot long piece of mechanics wire with a loop on the end. Managed to get it near opening and grabbed it with needle nose pliers.

Shoot !! No racing today, I had an 7.50 car to pilot today :BangHead:.
Took a 1 1/2 mile walk this morning, it helps my wits and clears the fog in this old man's head.

A cheap siphon pump and drain the gas??

Bought a new grinder yesterday.
Milwaukee with a cord. $50. Still in the box with a 79.99 price tag.
Reason i bought a corded one is heavy cutting is hard on the cordless ones. They had a dewalt too, but they are godawful noisy.

Morning. Finished shopping. Half asleep getting dressed forgot my damn belt.
Almost dropped trough a few times.
Came home belts tight pants no.
Pulled out a pair of 34" ones haven't fit in those in about 10 years, perfect.
Surprised I still had any. Then again I have about 300 tee shirts 80% of which now fit like a tent.
Fast breakfast this morning.
Micro wave bacon, and Jimmy Dean no bread sausage egg and cheese.

You've done a great job Ray. Work just as hard now and keep it off.
You've obviously learned what you can eat and what you have to do.
Keep it up!!

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I once loaded the back of my 68 Barracuda fastback with beer cans at an off campus party once in Michigan and made $52 for going to that party and collecting the cans and bottles....

A full pickup bed full would be $$$....

"Mr Kuda, you're charged with 520 counts of open container. How do you plead?"

"Your Honor, I plead environmentally conscious."

"Bailiff. Whack his pee pee!"

Plastic or metal????

Neck of tank is too long for the needle nose pliers I have, also the long hemostats. If I drain the tank the nozzle will go to the bottom of the tank, too far to reach. There's a "shelf" that is about 5 inches down, that's my best starting spot.

That could work, not sure where nozzle will end up at but might be able to bring it up to "shelf" with wire and position it so nozzle comes up and out from end. Otherwise it hits the hole sideways....cue Carl!!!

That almost happened...

Two of my friends from Chicago came out to Detroit to visit me at college that weekend....

On the way home from the party that night, we were at a red light with a cop next to me on the driver's side, while my passenger was puking out his window on the other side....

I had to wash that door the next day at the do it yourself car wash...

Then our friend in the back seat had to pee and we pulled over, he was just about to whip it out when a female cop pulled up and said, "I wouldn't do that if I were you".... We promised her that he wouldn't....

So after she pulled away, he peed....

All the time, our car was loaded with empty beer cans and bottles.... It's a good thing either cop didn't bother to look in the back window of my car.... :BangHead:
