Ya, it's only 5:37am here in VN on Friday. So have another full day here. May need more beer...2 for breakfast .. 1 for lunch .. Gonna need more before that plane ride

I do...I keep my wrist watch on EST time until I get to VN. As I know that EST is exactly 12 behind VN. Cell phone displays the actual time at your location. So that helped some..still a little confusing when ya make so many time zones changes in two days..I would have to carry 2 time pieces on an adventure like that

I would love it. I looked up the distillery and it has a fun history dating back to 1868. That would be cool to own regardless how old it is.

Its a traditional Viet Sandwich ( Ban Mi ) They differ, but this one has pork, lettuce, cucumber, and pate. I added the hot chili sauce they provided. Lemonade and crackers and fruit. Love it....
