My dad had a 1978 Chevy Monza Sypder 4 spd v6. Engine blew up in the early 90s, I spent my youth pretending to be a race car driver as a kid playing in it. He finally donated it to goodwill when I was in highschool. Should have kept it

Actually it's too big. Already divided out in two two parcels. Will build a nice house in the front. And can further divide the rear section into maybe 10 small lots for reg. Viet houses...Good investment. Better than the US stock market right now.
