well I’m gonna have to bring out the grinder to get this pos out of the water jacket. :BangHead:

Recap: went to put the heads and new cam in my 440 rebuilt long block. Heard a weird metallic sound when I rotated the engine over on the engine stand to put the oil pan pan. A large chunk of the number 1 cylinder wall broke off and is laying in the water jacket on the front corner of the engine. It’s too large to get out of the port, so after trying to cut it, break it, file it. It’s gonna need a die grinder to cut it to get it out. I cant seem to get a clear picture of it either down in the jacket.
