Stop in for a cup of coffee

Ummm...they are college football players. Just a bunch of overgrown kids that think they are going to live forever...

Most football players in high school are stuck up bullies... They think that they are the **** because they play football....

Back in my freshman year of high school, I had a football player that had a gym locker in my row... I was off on my own minding my own business in weight lifting going for my bench press max when Sean, a football player, noticed how much weight I had on the machine stack... It was 210 lbs and he said, "You'll never lift that"... He didn't see that I just did 200 lbs before he came by... His comment made me more determined... I did...

As soon as I lifted it all the way, he commented to his friend, "That's it Jim, we're not leaving here until we bench press over 200 lbs"... That proved that he didn't understand how weight lifting works by tearing down the muscle so it can rebuild itself to be stronger... If you can't do it in the beginning, you won't be able to that day as the muscle tears down as you work it... You need to give the muscle a day to rebuild before working it again after lifting weights...

Then two days later another swimmer out squatted him at 365 lbs... As we were changing back out of our gym uniforms he commented to me, "How come you swimmers look like whimps, but out lift us football players"???

I told him that you guys aren't the **** like you think you are.... :poke:

*******************************************

As swimmers, we didn't not lift for bulk... We lift for strength... We want tone, as bulk is more resistance to glide through the water... We don't look as strong as we really are...

We used to swim 10,000 years a day in season between morning and after school workouts...

I didn't really have one. I was more asking what the big deal is with Trump allegedly sleeping with a **** star over a decade ago?

I see it that way also... So he banged her??? Big deal...

That **** star is looking for her 15 minutes of fame...

She can sell her story for more than she was paid to hush up... It's all for the publicity to pump up her up.... That's why she's willing to give back the hush money so she can talk...

The only reason she banged him is because of his money... You have to see her as the ***** that she is... Now she's trying to profit off of it because she has no other marketable skills...

Got my new rear springs yesterday. Wife saw them, What are these?

Pretty funny the mail lady was horrified!
I can't believe there is much that would surprise her at Hoppyland
Little spray and wash and they could be used.
Hoppy probably did just that!!:lol:
Nah, he has an ultrasonic cleaner. He probably has them up on ebay as like-new.

The bedrock principle of our campaign finance laws is that Americans have a right to know who is paying for campaigns and how their money is being spent to influence our votes. That includes the $130,000 that was funneled to adult film star Stormy Daniels by President Trump's attorney and used to buy her silence days before the 2016 election.

By failing to report the payment as a campaign expense, the Trump campaign violated multiple federal disclosure laws. And depending on the source of the $130,000 paid to Daniels, the payment may also have been an illegal contribution. If the funds came from a corporation like the Trump Organization, the payment would be an illegal corporate contribution because corporations are prohibited from make contributions to federal candidates. And if the money came from Cohen or anyone other than Trump himself, it would violate the $2,700 limit on individual contributions to a federal candidate.

It isn’t about the act, it’s about the payments to keep it quiet.

Didn't the supreme court decide that corporations can donate unlimitedly to a campaign fund???

(Even though they are supposed to enforce the laws, not make them)...

I don't know how it can be considered a campaign donation?

Thinking 250.00 to my Friend! Plus shipping! Includes the Mopar throttle adapter.
Hmm. Hmm. I'll get back to you shortly on that one. Gonna have to see what's left in the car budget for this month.

Let me know what you need... I can look in my pile of "parts carbs" and see if I have what you are looking for...

I don't want to step on Tim's toes here... If he has one, go with his...

BUT how does it RUN?! Idle sounds nice tho....
Well because it is a teen with a Whiplash it idles like a top fueler but doesn't perform like it. It smooths out at about 1800 rpm like grandma's Dart. He built a 360 for it and runs 12.40's @ 108.
