Get the oil problem fixed.
I re assembled the old shaft and rockers back on after I cleaned them up with emery. Used the open top valve covers I got, and YUP, got oiing !! Just as I suspected, it only lacked oil on the initial start up. Now I'll wait until the new rockers get here and change them out.

Well have to go. Seems another amtrack train was hit by a rock or something the other day. Around where the accident was last year. My friend who owns the building there said amtrack notified him he needs to check the widows on the building. Asked me to come down. In the rain no less.

We got about a foot of snow last night. My daughters school is cancelled and I just got in from blowing half the driveway out. I ran out of gas and the gas can in the garage is empty. The plow still has not come by to install the berm at the end of the driveway, looks like I'll have to stop at the gas station on the way home from work today.
