Stop in for a cup of coffee

I guess it depends on how far out you were to try to flare.. but why would you? there are avenues out there that will allow you to stuff some damn big tires under the car

The only reason I even thought of it was due to the narrow track width in the rear. Being that much narrower than the front affects handling, I think I'll play with rims and back space to try to close that 3 inch difference

I see - yea, getting it to handle well and drag race well is going to a tough challenge.. there are sacrifices you have to make to get one or the other... they can be combined but you have to give up a little on both sides...

Yep. Drag race will be occasionally and really would be just for fun. I'm thinking with my suspension I can get it down to just .5 in difference per side. That's good enough

yea - stance A, bigs and littles - boom, you're drag racing - readjust the height - stance B, add a sway bar or two and go same same with the tires and boom, you're road racing - of course it isn't quite that simple but you see what I am saying

Oh yeah I follow. That's why i think I'd the smart move by doing the suspensions that will give me so much tunability. Normally I'm a purist but knowing I wanna play with spring rates as well, the coil overs just make it so easy and so fine tuning itd be an oversight not to run them

Days gone by.

I had 'em on a Scamp at one time... think it was the same car that ended up with the SST's on it... holy back of the cranium stuff... I think I just hurt a couple of the few cells I have left..

Good morning...3 days off yay. Friend who moved to NC got married yesterday, first marriage at 36 yrs old. They've been a couple on and off for a long time. Before the ceremony he got cold feet. Went thru with it anyway. Sposed to be coming here today to get the rest of his stuff from his place here and I'm helping him pack up.

I think I did all a friend can do in this situation...months ago, I said "this is none of my business, so I'm only gonna say it once, but I really think you two need to get some counseling before you get married."

If you was building a hot rod/ratrod/street rod with a mopar power plant, would you go big block or small block... go
