Is the truck drivable? Holy Crap there Wolfie.
Yep drove home fine.
Fire was between the cab and box..
Get pics in the morning to dark now.had to drive with the windows down. Smells electrical but everything works. It was burning good cab filled with smoke pretty fast
.

Question. Been watching a bunch of drag racing reruns from Mopar Nats, what's with all the green and blue tape on the quarter panels of some of the cars? I'm guessing it prevents chips in the paint ?

That sucks. At least you got it out before losing the whole truck

Hmm never knew that JC Penny made tires back in the day. Kind of cool.

Sure. They also had apretty full line of hiperfotmance tores, wheels, and performance parts. The Auto center I worked at while in tech school even had a chassis dyno. Backnin 1973!
Wow. Such a shame it's now gone. I knew sears had stuff like that and even made their own guns(well really had guns with their name put on them) but I just thought JC Penny's sold clothes. Interesting indeed.

I’ve just been taking a break watching a movie.

I’ve been feeling disheartened and discouraged by all the anger floating around this Forum lately. Seems like there are a lot of angry people out there that just want to express their dislike of every subject that comes up.

They just can’t help but post how much they dislike something that some else has posted that they like. It is like watching the movie Grumpy Old Men...but they are all on steroids....and PCP.

I swear some of them go to the park and yell at the pigeons...

Sadly, it's not just here, I've been reading the Colts fan forum, just as bitter , just as angry and even death threats. Similar seen on Facebook recently(which is why I've be trying to stay away from there except to manage my big group over there)

It's kind of representative of the world right now, for whatever reason, people are struggling to get along. I just don't know why

I do....But I wont tell you, you wont believe me.....

I think is just becoming the age of entitlement.

People of all ages feel they are entitled to spew their rage at whatever they perceive as diminishing their life and the World they want to live in on their terms only.

They are angry that can’t have the World the way they want it to be and believe something external is keeping them from having the happy life they really want. Yet they also believe that they are entitled to piss in everyone else’s Cheerios and spoil their happiness.

Nothing makes an angry person angrier than a person enjoying something. They feel the need to destroy that happiness and impose their anger upon it.

It’s just sad.

I think it's beyond Trump. It was there before Trump, I started noticing it back in 2013 and it's just gotten worse since
It is the ME generation. All about ME, F you. I'm special, you are nothing.....Social media and bad parenting has raised the Millennial's .Now we are all stuck with this generation...

Agreed.

However, not the first time I've thought of this. So you know what I do? I,honestly, go read Memikes Victoria story. What transpired there and what the members of this forum did for him was honestly one of the best examples of how good things happens because of good people. Sure, there's other stories out there about helping the homeless or something along those lines. But to me, that type of stuff is what should be happening every day. Raising funds to help a guy who got robbed out of his dream car by circumstances beyond his control?!? That's just something different all together

It’s not just that generation. The older generation of boomers is rapidly becoming the same way.

They have exactly the same “I’m special, you are nothing” attitude.

Sadly though, it's not just the fault of the millennial generation but their parents and that generation as well.

Here’s a new one.
They are trying to pass a law to suspend distracted drivers. Three day roadside suspension. Means they catch you texting your license gets suspended on the spot. Second offence 7 days. Plus fines.

Wanna see a milennial cry?- this oughta do it.

I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but there should be something that can be linked to a vehicles speed, I.E. if you're driving , your cell data get cut off. You can still call emergency numbers but you shouldn't be able to surf Facebook
