This seem a lot like 1996.
Started out as a no real snow
forecast .
Then it started 3 inches
8 inches.
Then it stalled
Ended up with over 30 inches.
How many inches OF SNOW do you guys have?
Just a dusting so far.
Local Weather Twinkie just reported 8 to 12 or more.

Funny you say that. My wife and I were having that same conversation this afternoon. It does seem eerily familiar to that storm.

I will never forget that blizzard. My wife and I went to bed and were awoken around daylight by my neighbors voice downstairs yelling “Are you guys alright in there?” It startled the hell out of me.
During the night, the snow had drifted seven feet deep against the front door making the frame bend and popped the door open. The next morning there was 3’ of snow inside the house all the way to the living room 20’ away from the door. The kitchen had a foot of snow in it. The heat ran all night so upstairs was warm but the first floor was below freezing.
The first 2 hours that day was spent shoveling out the inside of my house.
