I was on Lipitor for many years till about 2 years ago. My legs are almost back to normal. I recently started using a stationary bike I got for the wife years ago. Can only do about 15 minutes though. Did a half hour twice in the last couple weeks and woke up in middle of the night with nasty leg cramps. But still a great improvement since I used to wake up with them without doing anythingand muscle issues from cholesterol meds i had a hard time.

My last doctor visit netted cholesterol numbers in the 250 range. I need to eat more oatmeal and get more exercise. Kinda hard to do with back and knee issues. Seriously though, it's not easy to reverse it. I realized I was going the wrong direction with it and started eating better.
