Still cannot get the office to load will bring it with me when I go to Mitches and have his renters look at it for me. Something is not right in my laptop I am sure.
 
Morning kids! Gonna be a great day today. Enjoying some coffee and then out into the shop to get the wiper transmission . motor and pivots installed in the Duster. Probably will never use them as the other car they don't even work! Rain-X is just fine.

I was on Lipitor for many years till about 2 years ago. My legs are almost back to normal. I recently started using a stationary bike I got for the wife years ago. Can only do about 15 minutes though. Did a half hour twice in the last couple weeks and woke up in middle of the night with nasty leg cramps. But still a great improvement since I used to wake up with them without doing anything
a few times a week and was sore pretty much all the time.
 
We had severe thunderstorm warnings last night and winter weather advisories this morning. Crazy weather.

My last doctor visit netted cholesterol numbers in the 250 range. I need to eat more oatmeal and get more exercise. Kinda hard to do with back and knee issues. The Dr. renewed my prescription for Meloxicam (pain med) which seems to work pretty well. I was on Lipitor before but the aches got too much.

Seriously though, it's not easy to reverse it. I realized I was going the wrong direction with it and started eating better. Taking fish oil, niacin etc. The exercise part needs to come up gradually...
