That's sounds really sweet Zman. As long as the taxes are affordable - NJ & Pa you'ld get a break for farming over I think its 10 acres.
I was trying to combine all my rented spaces, about 1100 sq ft. is what I wanted.
17 x 25' is what I have for the car etc.

The land value isn't much according to the county rolls.

How big is your shop??

Cheryl got the lead on a property yesterday has a 1800 ft shop. Trying to think how big it is??

My Shop is 32X42 inside, Has 10 ft ceiling, and 14 ft ceiling in lift bay. Fully insulated, rolling steel doors, Hvac System. Stereo , Cable TV, Soda/Beer machine. LOL Has a beautiful 2 bdr , 2 bath apartment above it, that I rent out to an older guy for 1500 a month.

I have 49.6 acres. 40 is farmland,rent is 1000/year.

Would have to talk to the landowner and see if hay was going for free.
A friend cuts hay on a neighbours land, owner gets 1/3 of proceeds.
This year hay was very poor so no hay,no pay.
If its going for free, there needs to be a deal to at least cover the taxes for the portion hes haying.

If there is someone cutting the hay he could continue for all I care. Of course IF there is a farming tax break I'd take that credit.

Happy Saturday Crew. Going to get a new radio for the VW, then some things around the house.

Anyone happen to have a speedometer for a 1969 Barracuda they would part with? I swapped out the housing and gear on the transmission yesterday when we put it back in. It still doesnt work and it just clicks. The old gear had mo teeth left. My thoughts are the speedometer locked up and the teeth are torn off.
