Its on the hoist,so no problem.

Connectors look home made. Each one is 3 pieces.
Im going to drill a few holes to check the welds on the 3 pieces.
From what i found so far is “lazy”
Seems to be the build theme so far.

We are in the midst of a serious snow storm. 50 mph winds by noon. They are predicting interstate gates down. Wife wants to postpone trip to WPG. Let me know next time you go and we will make up some kind of excuse to go. You are right it is a hoot to sort out a face and a name with the FABO guys.

send it my way!!

But appear to be only welded on the ends. I’m thinking they need to be welded the length to the floor as well. Opinions?
I agree with Ray. Most were made to be attached front and rear only.
Like he said a couple companies make them to be fitted to the floor.
Race cars sometimes will put them through the floor pan - not allowed on a lot of road race classes.
Early B-cuda's are pretty stuctural to begin with so less to be gained by joining the length of the floor.
On the mid gens, got to leave room for the e-brake cable and fuel line, or reroute. With the early gen like you have IDK.

What I'll be doing my frame connectors when I replace them is add a third attachment point that will bolt in at the front seat belt mount. It goes right into a small angle brace on the inside of the rocker. See what you may have there. The classes I run autocross in only allow a bolt in for the third attachment point.

Good morning everyone. 37 and raining here. Supposed to rain all day. Going to spend most of the day in the shop again with my son working on his rat rod. Made good progress yesterday, need to keep on it. Goal is for him to drive it to school his senior year (fall 2019).

Poor Ben no present this year and still cold.:(
He thinks he's hot
Ray, Mitch, Keith, and Chris makes his debut.
I will be there. What days and what car to bring is TBD. Also whether or not I drag any parts along
We walked through and then went through again and still saw stuff we missed.
I think guys have spots and buddies show up Friday, or Saturday with their stuff so merchandise is always changing.
I sometimes walk rows in opposite direction and see completely different stuff
Well he saved yours for the drive home. And of course Wolfie and Keith were sitting down there too, three days, easy math.
I had a couple of somebody's beers Friday, but I do more Gatorade and water than alcohol. I know Wolfie had a bottle of something good. :thumbsup:Only had 1 on Saturday - from brewmaster TMM

Well. Carlisle reservations paid hehe those odds just went down

Got to drive my brothers Demon. Jesus what a crazy ride! And christmas day wrenching on the 67 dart, got all wheels back on the ground, no brakes but I can put it on a trailer to haul back home..
