That's what I meant by metal. Looks like tile to a passerby. Only thing about metal is they can be very loud in rain depending on structure and insulation under them

Why is it I can crack 6 eggs into a pan without breaking a yolk … when I plan to scramble them?

Almost done...need to quit the "Gee I should do that to while I'm at it" and just get it done.
Tim is getting ready to go chase that little white ball. Here its so cold all the gofers do is think about it.

I need to get moving. Need to install another sink. Same house I did one a couple weeks back. Was trying to be there by 11. Not happening. Still gotta get my tools together and in the car. Normally most would be in the back of the Magnum already.

Better that they are at least honest about it. Keep looking. There's very little to go wrong but the roofer needs to figure out how the tiles interlock and hang. The one on the cross estate had the managers and regional people all stumped. My coworker went up when the maint chief was away and they figured it out while fixing the box gutter.
Honestly that's often where the problems are - the sheet metal in the valleys or flashing. Don't let anyone do a cheapy repair with flashing cement or other muck. Then you're pretty much totally screwed.

Yep. Some complex stuff in old houses. Gotta understand how it went together. Labor was good and cheap when built. Today the answer to every leak seams to be more f'n caulk.
Water is the builder and destroyer!
