Stop in for a cup of coffee

You open each end of the can and then use the back of a big wooden spoon to push it out. Then slice and and enjoy. Good hot or cold and yummy toasted! It’s soft and moist with a slightly sweet molasses flavor. Kinda like a dense muffin.

Brought back memories right there. My Mom used to give that to us kids all the time. She would toast it and put cream cheese on it.

My wife likes to make ham and Swiss sandwiches using it with a nice brown mustard.
Damn, now you really got my attention. I need to look but I bet there's none of that around here.

Road test was a success. About 10 miles there and 10 miles back, ran 1/2 way on the gauge and heat was good. Should be gone in 10 minutes. 75 dollar thermostat. That sucks.

You can get it on Amazon. I buy a dozen cans at a time there since we always keep it in stock. The stuff has a 2-3 year shelf life.

An old co worker/buddy called today. Saw a photo of barracuda in a facebook post.
Says hay, want some dodge magnum wheels? I said sure.
Trim rings and centre caps.
How much? Free! I want them outta my way.

Bonus!

Ouch. TJ must have blew the tires off. Thanks

Speaking of vacations I am in Pasadena just back from a day at the Getty center museum. A total bucket list deal for me. Tomorrow it's the Peterson automotive museum, another bucket list box to be checked off. Driving here is it's own adventure for a farm boy from eastern Washington. TGIF y'all. Rat out.

That was going to be my next question. Shelf life.
Because it has such a long shelf life, it is hugely popular with survivalists. Like most canned goods, it is still edible at twice the printed shelf life easily. I like having it in stock since even if there is a power outage or a big winter snow storm, I always have fresh bread on hand to make sandwiches or to go with soup, etc.
